Friends,
My first book to be released under a major national publisher is due to hit stores in November 2007. I encourage you to take a look at the book summary online at Wiley's website. As well would appreciate your support in purchasing this book for yourself, or any aspiring your individual in your household. As well a special thanks is due to all those who have supported me in my endeavors over the years. Most importantly to God who has blessed me, to inspire others.
Creating Success from the Inside Out is not a how-to guide to riches and fame. What Ephren wants to do is give readers an insight into his life and some ideas about getting the readers mind aimed in the right direction.
It isn’t wearing certain clothes, reading the right books or going to a certain school that lifts a man or woman up in the world. It’s your way of thinking that will make you successful in life. Ephren teaches that each person possesses all the ammunition, motivation and creativity they need to make it. At least that is what Ephren discovered.
Creating Success from the Inside Out gives readers the insight into how Ephren and other successful people think. The way he looks at it is this – he can’t give each reader a road map but he can give a compass. A compass can’t tell you which road to take but it will always tell you if you’re headed in the right direction.
I read the TOC and loved it. I'll be getting a copy for my kids.

You've made a good choice with the cover graphics. Success is definitely about putting the pieces together. Overall looks like a book I'd get for my younger niece, nephew, cousins, etc. Sections III, IV, and VII cross any age group but at 30 I need the pep talk as well as a advice on developing a career development strategy. What about those of use who don't want to start a business in the traditional sense of the word but our product is ourselves and the unique value that we bring to an organization. I'd like to hear about developing that uniqueness.
