Hello Ephren,
Your Business Plan Competition is an amazing prospect to challenge youth to learn about writing a business plan and business. It is great that you are making a difference in future generations by giving serious youth a chance to manuscript their visions into realities of jobs, finance, and productivity for our economy.
Continue to soar, be different, and to make a difference in the lives of youth, adults, and families. We look forward to hearing you speak and change lives in our area.
We will be joining along to tell many youth about your projects. We are very proud of you!
"Endure in world changing innovative work"!
Sincerely,
M. Crump/EIFF

I have sent in my buissness plan and am very excited about it. My buissness is based on selling and merchandising and interior designing. I have thought about this plan for a long time and am excited to finally give it a chance.

Dear Mr Ephren,
I have a 14 year son, whom I think is very smart, However I would like to know, How can I motivate him to take charge of his life at this young age, You said you had mentors who helped you along the way, I am constantly telling him how important it is to be a leader & not a follower, I hope it's not too late for my son to start today by entering your Youth Business Plan competition, This could be just what he needs to steer his mind in the right direction.

Hi Mr. Ephran,
I love the idea of the Youth Business Plan. I would like to write an article about it for an online publications called Haven Girls. I am a student at Temple University and a freelance journalist. The publication is geared towards young black girls. I think this is just the thing they should know about. I know you are a busy man, but can you please contact me to fill me in a bit more about the competition! My email address is Renita.Burns@temple.edu

Ephren,
You continue to amaze me with your outreach efforts to youth interested in business and entrepreneurship. I had the pleasure to speak with students at the youth entrepreneurship camp you funded at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania this past summer. What a great residential experience for them!!
As a youth entrepreneurship curriculum partner with the KC based Kauffmann Foundation, I 'm well aware of your business start at an early age in the Kansas City area and appreciate your spirit of generosity as an adult. Keep up the good work.
